WPM Recognized as a 2025 Top Workplace, Reflecting a Culture Built on Listening and Continuous Improvement
WPM Real Estate Management has been recognized once again as a Top Workplace by The Baltimore Sun, marking an impressive 14 consecutive years earning this honor. This distinction underscores the voices and experiences of more than 500 WPM Associates across the Mid-Atlantic region.
This recognition is based solely on employee feedback collected through a confidential survey administered by Energage, an independent firm that measures employee engagement and organizational health. The survey evaluates and provides actionable insights on key elements of workplace culture, including leadership, communication, alignment, opportunities for growth, and overall Associate experience. Because the results come directly from Associates, the award reflects their lived experience at WPM and the continuous improvements the company makes based on their feedback.
“This honor means a great deal to us because it comes from our Associates,” said James Dahlgren, Jr., CEO of WPM Real Estate Management. “Throughout the year, we’ve listened closely to what our people share—through surveys, conversations, and daily interactions—and we’ve acted on that feedback to keep strengthening their experience. Their voice guides our decisions, shapes our culture, and helps us create an environment where Associates feel supported, valued, and equipped to excel on behalf of our clients and the communities we serve.”
The 2025 Top Workplaces list highlights organizations across Maryland that prioritize their people and build strong, values-driven cultures. For WPM, the recognition reinforces the company’s long-held belief that a strong Associate experience is the foundation for exceptional service, operational excellence, and long-term client value.
“Creating a great workplace isn’t a one-time effort. It’s an ongoing commitment,” Dahlgren added. “As our organization evolves, so does our responsibility to listen, learn, and adapt. We’re proud of the progress we’ve made, and even more proud of the incredible team whose engagement and dedication made this recognition possible.”
WPM provides community association and property management for more than 26,000 homes and 50,000 people across Maryland, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Virginia. The company holds AMO® (Accredited Management Organization®) and AAMC® (Accredited Association Management Company®) designations—a distinction earned by only a small percentage of management companies. With a continued focus on Associate experience, leadership development, and operational excellence, the company remains committed to building a culture where people thrive and, as a result, communities thrive too.
